At the Pentagon, employees had heard about or seen footage of the 
World Trade Centre attack when they felt their own building shake. 
Ervin Brown, who works at the Pentagon, said he saw pieces of what 
appeared to be small aircraft on the ground, and the part of the 
building by the heliport had collapsed.
